We strive to ensure all product information and pricing on our website are accurate.

However, we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to
change or update information at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or
cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, errors in
pricing, or suspected fraud.

4. Returns:
Customer can return their purchased product within 7 days of receiving it (subject to caveats mentioned below). However, after this time period, we will not be able to accommodate such requests but we must accommodate our regular customers.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging of the product. To complete your return, we require your Order No for proof of purchase.

Please contact us immediately. We will offer you a full refund or exchange on faulty goods.

5. Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
